My thoughts and memories of Roy are of laughter, joy, and compassion. His ability to make someone feel comfortable within minutes of meeting him and his ability to make you "feel like family". My thoughts are with the family during this time of loss.

I always enjoyed talking with Roy at the Klein Methodist youth meetings and getting his support there as Justin was involved with our youth group. Roy was always friendly, courteous and interesting to visit with and he always supported what we did. Justin our prayers go out to you and your family.

I did business with Roy for onver 30 years. He was a total gentleman and professional. He was also a great Aggie. He often talked about how proud he was of his son, a teacher and coach. I will miss Roy.

I had known Roy for many years through the dealership world.  He was a fine man.  Many of us were blessed to know him. Our prayers are with his family, friends, and business associates.

Roy was a mentor and a friend. We worked several years together at Service Group, but always stayed in touch after he left. One thing I can say about Roy is he was always a man that took time to listen, always wanted to know what was going on with your life, and tried to help. He will be missed. I worked with Roy at Service Ins Group for about 14 years.  I will always remember Roy and his incredible work ethic.  And, I will remember the good times we all had as a group.  Rest in peace my friend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Roy thru SGI Services.  He was a very committed man to his family & his clients. I pray for peace & comfort to the family members that Roy has left behind. Remember this . . . He has moved on to a better place called Heaven and if you walk w/ Christ - you will see him again.

I worked with Roy at Service Life & Casualty for more than ten years. Since that time we have been friendly competitors with other companies. 

Roy was a hard worker, a man of focus & a good, honest person.  He was a proud father who really cared about his son.

He will be missed.

To the Family of Roy, I'm so very sad to hear of the news of Roy's passing and I offer my heartfelt condolences. Roy and I became friends in the 70's, he being from Shepherd and me from Splendora, in the big city of Houston. Roy was a wonderful person, always with a smile and a kind word.  Roy was one of those people that once you met him, you never forgot him. Rest in peace my friend.

Roy served on the Kipling Oaks Homeowner's Association as a board member.  His service and hard work was appreciated by the families of Kipling Oaks Subdivision. Thank you Roy for your service to your community.
