Rusty~ you've been my BIL for 33 years, through good and bad times. I love and miss you, still in disbelief your no longer here. I am blessed to know that I will see you again one day and we can glorify and praise The Lord together! I know your watching over your family; you know Kyle & I will be there for them at anytime. Thanks for the memories of pranking me, with “look what's that?” pointing to my shirt, and then raising your finger to hit my noise. Oh and Halloween, you always loved to scare us! Julie keeps talking about when you caused her to hyper-extend her knee on the trampoline, she'll be able to thank you all her life for that. Kaylee mentioned the chocolate milk you gave her at 3 am! Since both of you had woke up. ~~ till we meet again Bro.!

Me and Natalie are so sorry for your loss. Words are never enough. We lift you up in our prayers and ask God to heal your souls. Rusty was a funny, tough great guy. Our Anvil brother will be truly be missed in ways we can not imagine.

Dear Cuz, you have always been so special to me. We always laughed so much when we were together. Such great memories. The day you took me sky diving was a highlight of my life. I remember when we were little, I thought I could marry you one   day.  Rusty, you are above us now, looking down upon us. As you always loved to do when sky diving. I will see you again, cousin. I love you and miss you.

My heart was broken when Lauren gave me the news, I cant even imagine what y'all are going through, till now it saddens my heart to see this wonderful family and my good friend Lauren heartbroken. Rusty was a great man. He was a great friend to all he had met. He will be in everyone's thoughts and prayers. He will surely be missed by many.

I loved the  video with all the Rusty and family pictures.  He did live a fun, full life, although too, too short.  I'm so sorry about your loss, Brenda and family.  We loved Rusty.  So glad to have seen him twice recently and glad that my granddaughter got to meet him.  Those two hit it off immediately.  He took her for a ride on his four wheeler and swung her high on the porch swing.  Years ago he took my girls for jet ski rides on the lake and they hold that time fondly in their hearts.  We love you all. We were all blessed to know him. May light eternal shine upon Rusty.

This is the first Time I had to make myself come do this because I knew how hard it would be and i was right seeing your picture on here and reading your info had me crying,  I miss you so much dad it has been the hardest thing to ever have to deal with, Thank you for coming and seeing me in my dream free falling with each other and holding each other's hands while starring and smiling the whole time. I woke up crying happy and sad tears, happy bc I got to see you again but sad bc I had to let go of your hands again.  But I would rather go threw those mixed emotions rather then not ever getting to experience that feeling.  I've never experienced anything like that before. but with you DAD you make anything possible.  Thank you for giving me the best life you could,  you truly are my HERO.and thank you for being the BEST grandpa EVER to your little "TOOTY" Jasmine,  I will never let her forget you I promise. Brenda we only met you and Rusty once when you came to pick up Jasmine. We could tell what good people you both were then and of course we already loved Lauren and Jasmine. Ashley and Lauren were like sisters and we always heard how Ashley loved you all. I know you and Rusty treated her like a daughter as we tried to do with Lauren when she was around. I feel so sad and heartbroken for your whole family and we will keep you all in our prayers. God Bless You Brenda, Chris, Lauren and beautiful little Jasmine.

 My heart hurts so much I cant seem to find the words to express how dear you've always been to me. From the time I was 5 and you were 10 Ive loved you!!! I know it was a childhood crush but , it never changed the depth of my enderement towards you. Im so blessed to have had lunch with you back in September 2013.
