I'm so sorry to learn of Steve's passing.  His is a life cut too short.  I attended junior high and high school with Steve.  Steve was a great guy and liked by all.  Take comfort in that Steve is not truly gone, but waiting for us with God.  My prayers are with your family in this sorrowful time.

To Steve's Parents, Family, and His Friends,

I am deeply, deeply sadden and heartbroken to hear about the news of your son's death.  He is a brother of mine from Texas A&M who happened to be my little brother in our fraternity that he helped start.  He asked me to see him here in Houston around a couple of years ago before he was leaving for a new life in Ca. which he was excited about and ready with enthusiasm.  He provided so many good memories and wanted to help others over so many years.  He had a great sense of humor which he showed and laughed at many of us when we did something stupid which could be often depending on one's point of view.  He also had many friends from his high school days who happened to become part of our Aggie family whom we are blessed with and I suggest are grieving since we have heard the news from them.

God Blessed us with your son and I can only speak for myself but I have heard from others also in the last 48 hours, we are all very grateful to have gotten to meet and know him through our lives.
