Our small group prayed for Tina almost every week and even got to talk to her a couple times on Skype.  We all admired her strong faith and were always encouraged by her uplifiting personality.  I know we all can't wait to meet her someday!  We continue to pray for peace and comfort for family and friends.  We miss you and love you, Tina!

I thank God for bringing you into my life.  Thank you for being a strong light and salt on this world.  Your life has encouraged me and many of my friends in Japan very much.  I look forward to meet you in heaven one day, we got so much to catch up!

My dear friend Tina, you are missed so much.  While you were waging your courageous fight, I used to marvel at how one woman could have so much faith, courage and hope.  You constantly focused on the positive blessings in your life and reminded us all of ours.  You were a shining example of what a beautiful godly woman should be.  You gave three amazing children your gifts of laughter, kindness, individuality and a whole lot of spunk.  They will continue to remind us all of what a blessing you were. We are continuing to pray for them and the rest of your family as we prepare to celebrate your life and through the coming days. You inspired everyone you met with your determination and loving spirit.  The memories of both playful escapades and deeply touching times spent with you are many. I was truly blessed to call you my friend. You changed my life and my heart in ways that will never be forgotten.  Hanging on to those memories until we meet again,

One of my favorite memories of Tina was the summer she volunteered for First Colony Gold Swim Team to distribute the most important "beads."  This meant she had to tally each swim meet and pass out to each swimmer the bead that represented their win at the previous swim meet.  Now please remember this is done at each swim practice beginning at 7:30 each morning.  Vividly, I remember her sitting by her sister in a lounger at Settlers Way Pool giving each child their well earned bead.  Her smile and words of praise was given to each child; I know each child walked away from her with a sense of true accomplishment.  This is the beautiful person she was...one who sought to inspire and praise.  Her smile and contagious laughter will be so missed.  For her sweet family; may you know many are praying for you every day.

While Tina is a part of the past, she is most assuredly a part of our future. Mary Jane and I pray that the family and friends be comforted by the presence of God's Holy Spirit.

Remembering a wonderful wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend!  Tina was one of the most loving and warm people I've ever met. Her courageous battle with cancer and undying faith in God were incredible examples to anyone who knew her. She was deeply loved my our family and so many others. How blessed we were to know her. She will be greatly missed!

My condolences to all of Tina's family. I pray the LORD's peace, protection and prosperity upon the children and guardians.
