Mr. William “Bill” M. Sims, 84, formerly of Winston-Salem, passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, in Houston, Texas. He was born in Mobile, Alabama on July 23, 1934.
Bill moved to Winston-Salem in the early 1970s where he met his wife Barbara Ann Adams. Making Winston-Salem his home, Bill worked many years for Integon and later in private practice as a C.P.A. Bill was a proud graduate and avid fan of the University of Alabama.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife Barbara. Surviving are his three daughters Celia Hartman Sims (George Edwards), Jennifer (Scott) Manning, and Camille Livsey; and his four grandchildren Alison (Dan) Sullivan, Phil Livsey, Wallis Manning, and Claire Manning.
A gathering of friends and family will be held at a later date in Winston-Salem.
