Benjamin was preceded in death by his parents; Benjamin and Lottie Towers, wife; Lois Thomas Towers, wife; Charlotte Jean Hale Maple Towers, grandson; Heath Wade Towers, and daughter in law; Ruth Arrington Towers.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons; Donald F (Glenda) Towers, Russell E. Towers, daughters; Cheryl L. (Garry) Boggus, Cynthia L. Towers McCombs, stepdaughters; Elaine (Bob) Lantz, Lisa Stewart, sister; Mildred Davis, grandchildren; Heather R. (Mark) Moore, Bradley M. (Alyssa) Boggus, Eric M. Boggus, Jordan L. McCombs, Jacob L. (April) Boggus, James Timothy (Emily) McCombs Jr, Luke McCombs, great grandchildren; Waylon Moore, Jamie Lee Moore, Hunter Towers, Michael Ratledge, Mae Ratledge, Ethan Towers, Aiden Boggus, Maddox Sanderson, George-Henry Boggus, Chloe Boggus, Noa Boggus, Cody Boggus. Benjamin will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Benjamin enjoyed reading, Meals on Wheels and participating in in Sunday School at his church, Willowbrook Baptist Church. He proudly served our country for 14 years in the United States Army. After his military service, he began a 20+ year career in Civil Service, 10+ years at Teledyne Brown and Lockheed Martin.

A Graveside Service for Benjamin will be held Monday, February 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Valhalla Memory Gardens, 698 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, Alabama 35811 in the Garden of Valor.
