Vicki Beatty Hogan, age 74, of Meridianville, AL sadly left us on November 1st, 2023. She was born February 10th, 1949, to her parents Clinton and Ruth Beatty in Russell, Kansas. She received her Master’s in Nursing from University of Alabama in Birmingham and lovingly cared for many patients and influenced many nurses careers over the years.
Her greatest joy was raising and breeding dogs. She poured her love into raising the puppies so that they would be so well adjusted for their new homes. She has touched so many people and families through the gift of her puppies and made sure they went to a loving home. She raised AKC registered Bichon Frise and King Charles Cavaliers.
Vicki is survived by her son; David (Shirley) Hogan, 3 grandchildren; her mother; Ruth Beatty, and brothers; Bill (Escoe) Beatty and Dan (Marilyn) Beatty.
A small private family inurnment ceremony will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home in Huntsville, AL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made on Vicki's behalf to A New Leash on Life animal rescue (anewleash.org).
