I cannot thank you all enough for all of your thoughts, pictures, prayers and memories! My boy touched so many lives and I want to hear from all of you!!!! I want to get to know all of you!!!! God gave me the most beautiful boy in the world. He was perfect. I remember the first time he said “Mom” and I ran galloping into his room. He would eat anything and everything even so young. What five year old would ask for spinach every meal? I have so many memories with his beautiful soul and I cherish every one. Your smile would light up a room. Your soul so pure. You were the best thing that ever happened to me.  I love you Clayton. 💕

Clayton and I would tell our parents a story about something funny that happened to us and it would 100% be funnier the second time because of how much Clayton would be laughing and how impactful his smile and laugh was.   His laugh and smile was contagious and he would always fall to the floor from how much he was laughing. Clayton and I influenced each other in our lives more than we ever could know. Love you bro 

Clayton has always been the most supportive friend to me. He really did put a smile on everyone’s face. He stayed up with me on my birthday, he always made sure to ask to hangout when i was sad, and he always called me no matter what he was doing if i needed to talk. He truly was the brightest light.

Man, this boy could EAT! I'm a bigger dude and he ate the same as I did when he was 6 or 7. I always asked him how he could fit all that food in his little belly. The bites he took were so huge. I called him Claytonasaurus Rex. What was bigger than his bite is his heart. Such a good loving kid. Always wanted to help others. Everytime I asked him to help me, he did with no complaints. May you rest in heaven young man. I love you.

I remember the first day I met him in Mango's class. We were sitting next to each other playing a Kahoot that Mango made, I remember arguing with him about which city was which and we both kept getting most of them wrong. After that we kind of got to know each other and bonded over Landslide by Fleetwood Mac. I will always think of him when I hear it. Ever since then we were pretty good friends. I remember my mom and I picking him up and going to the state fair with him and a couple others and also going to Indy Scream Park together, Colton wouldn’t stop getting the clowns to scare me and everybody couldn’t stop laughing. He is the most genuine and down to earth person I know and will always be loved many. Always and Forever. 

For a while, almost everyday after school, clayton, some of our friends, and I would walk to our neighborhood park. We always had a good laugh, real conversations, and overall a good time. I remember one time there was a sketchy man so, even though it was out of his way, Clayton insisted on walking me home. He was so caring of others. 

This night we talked almost all night and although it was just a few days ago the only thing i recall is him laughing, constantly. It was contagious 

Clayton was such a genuine person, with the most pure soul and smile. No matter the situation he put smiles on people faces. On walks home from school he would manage to make everyone stop and watch him do some random stunt, or make the funniest jokes. He cared for others so much and was always there for others. He was such a sweet guy. We love you Clayton, always. 

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord,

Clayton was one of the funniest, kindest, and most genuine people I have ever known. We were always at least in the same math class in middle school and he always asked me the same questions every year despite my efforts of helping him figure it out. Whenever I would be helping him with stuff, he always managed to sidetrack us and he did this thing where between almost every word he would smile or laugh. I would be one to help him organize his stuff and his work when he needed it and I’m so glad he let me. It was a blessing to be someone he could count on if he needed it and I miss hearing his questions and his laugh. Love and miss you forever Clayton ❤️

clayton had the most genuine pure soul of anyone i had met. he was always the most real friend in the group. not only that but always the first one to make everyone smile, and he always knew how. he was probably the funniest person i knew. clayton is so special to all of us. he was always the first one to check on everyone making sure his friends were happy.  he will forever have a place in all of our hearts. ❤️

Clayton is my nephew. He was my moms first grandchild. She called him Hammer because his initials are M.C. I remember the day he was born because my sister was in labor for three days with him since he was such a big baby. It seemed like he took forever to come because I was so excited to become an aunt. From the start, he was a lady killer. Those big brown eyes were so gorgeous.  He had lashes for days. He was also a wonderful baby. I would watch him when Clay and Jessica needed a date night. That boy would never want to stay in his room! We would be sitting there after putting him in his crib or bed for bedtime and 30 minutes later he would come running down that hallway all giggles. He loved growing up with Ellie dog. He thought that dog was the funniest thing ever. He could just lay on Ellie and pull her ears and she would just enjoy his affection. On his 4th birthday I bought him this massive dinosaur that he loved so dearly he still brought up how much he loved it years later.  He was kind, loving, funny, caring, and sweet. He made the room light up. He always had a way of making everyone feel included and loved. I always say that I never wanted children until I met Clayton. It was Clayton that made me fall in love with kids, and I prayed for a little boy when I found out I was having one. I love you Clayton. I miss you. You are forever in my heart. I’ll never forget your laugh, your smile, your soul. I’ll see you again someday. Tell mom I say hello. 

Everything about clayton was beautiful. when he smiled and laughed it would brighten up the room. i’m so glad that i had him in my life. he taught me a lot and was always there for me. clayton was very special to me and everyone he meet. he was just completely amazing. i love you and miss you always. 

Clayton was one of my best friends and I love him with my whole heart. He was always there for me through thick and thin. No matter what, he would always make me laugh. He was always doing something goofy and putting others before himself. Although he was always having a good laugh, he was also always down for a genuine conversation. I talked to him about anything that was bugging me and he would do the same. He knew about my past and my present and I knew his.    Clayton, with no doubt, would make me feel better but also give me his honest opinions. And that’s one of the best qualities you could ask for in a friend. I’m glad I could make him laugh and smile on his last days with us. He truly had the most beautiful smile I’ve seen. When I go to places that I used to go to with him, all I can see are those memories that I’ll never forget. He brought me happiness. I think about him every second of everyday. I’ll miss you forever, Clayton.

Clayton was the purest of the group. He always made me laugh. I remember when i was first getting close with him, he had played the song Cash Machine by Oliver Tree. I loved that song and that song became our song. We became closer and closer since. I love Clayton. Always will

We lived next door to Clayton on Covington about 7 years ago. He would correct my Ohio slang,  He’s was the cutest, sweetest kid. And his smile was adorable. 

I remember one time my family had Clay over for dinner, it was Papa Johns and I could you not, he literally ate 6 slices.. who knows how many breadsticks. Clayton was always active and engaging in his own way. Whether that be showing you his favorite bridge spot or eating pizza with your family, you could count on him being there and in a mood that never failed to make you smile.

This Fourth of July, Clayton, Colton, our parents, & I, went downtown to watch the firework show. I was trying to take a cute video of the three of us sitting on the side of a building. I told the three of them not to look at the camera when we were filming. Right after that, Clayton looked directly at the camera and I was laughing with him. I love his smile in this video so much. Miss you Clayton. 

Clayton was such a pure souls he was the best of us he will be long missed and we can carry the memory of his life on through all of us all of the people who loved him he was one of the first people I’ve ever met being new to brownsburg and he was one of the best friends i’ve ever had he was family to me he was like a brother I’ll never forget all the late nights hanging out on the back porch at aiden’s or in camden’s room I’ll never forget the joy you brought into my life you brought nothing but joy to everyone I hope you are at peace love you bro
