

He attended Spring Mill and Northview schools in Washington Township and was a 1984 graduate of North Central High School, where he was a member of the football team. He received an associate degree in Robotic Technology from Vincennes University and a business degree in Marketing from Ball State University, through which he enjoyed a London Quarter, providing education and satisfying his love for travel. He was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity at Ball State and a member of First Baptist Church in Indianapolis. He was a good guitarist and sat in with many bands around Indianapolis’ north side.
He had a very successful career as a business machine technician for Toshiba, before leaving the electronics field to pursue work in the physical rehabilitation arena. He was currently studying for a physical therapy certification.
He loved skiing, bicycling, riding his motorcycle and Butler Basketball. His greatest joy was doing activities with his nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Taylor and is survived by his mother, Ruth Taylor, his brother, Brian Taylor and his two nephews, Colin Taylor and Patrick Taylor.
There will be calling on Thursday, October 25th, at First Baptist Church of Indianapolis, 8600 North College, Indianapolis, IN, beginning at 1:00 PM and continuing until the service at 4:30 PM. Burial will follow in the Union Chapel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the St. Vincent Foundation.
