Blake Everleigh Gillis-MacNeil

A huge piece of our families' hearts flew to heaven December 3rd, 2020. Blake Everleigh Gillis-MacNeil was born August 28th, 2020. She passed away peacefully in her sleep at home December 3rd, 2020. Blake loved to be cuddled and tell stories. She loved her sisters, Harlow and Raina as well as her brother, Knox and they sure loved her. She was our rainbow of light, full of joy and love, and she came to us just when we needed a rainbow the most. Blake is survived by her mother, Kara Gillis and her father, Bradley MacNeil. She is also survived by her siblings, Harlow, Raina and Knox as well as her grandparents, Inez Forbes, Carl MacNeil, Pauline Gillis, James Gillis; great-grandparents, Beatrice Gillis and James Gillis, as well as Louise Forbes; aunts, Katie Ste. Marie (Jeremy), Justine Gillis Pettipas (Andre); uncle, Dixon Gillis and many cousins, great-uncles, great-aunts and friends. Blake was predeceased by her uncle, "Little" Jim Gillis. Although we wish we could have had more time with our sweet princess, we were blessed that God gifted us with three unbelievably happy months. She left foot prints on our hearts that will be there forever.
