Troy Joe Bailey

Services will be at 1 pm Monday, November 18, 2013, at Dutton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harvey McMurry, Hospice Chaplain, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.

Troy was born June 24, 1939 in Chillicothe, Texas to Lennie Joe and Nona Carlile Bailey. He was a 45 year employee of the BNSF Railroad, where he worked as a railroad clerk. He and Joan Wilson were married January 28, 1961 in Chillicothe. They have resided in Iowa Park since 1978.

His parents and a son, David Joe Bailey, preceded him in death.

His survivors include his wife, Joan of Iowa Park; son, Michael Bailey and wife, Vonna of Iowa Park; brother, Royce of Gainesville, Texas; 2 grandchildren, Tara Loyd and Ericka Walsh; 3 great grandchildren, Madison, Bailey and Lawson, and 2 nephews.

Visitation will be from 6 pm until 8 pm Sunday, November 17, 2013 at the funeral home.
