Jamie Hutto Christmas left us for Heaven on February 26, 2024 to be with her husband, Charlie C. Christmas; her daughter, Merrie Christmas Breazeale; two grandchildren, Deborah Breazeale Latimer and Richard H. Flake, Jr.; her mother, Margaret Williams Hutto; and her father, Martin Van Buven Hutto.
She is survived by her son, C. Ronald Christmas (wife, Debbie); her daughter, Linda Christmas Flake (husband, Richard); and grandchildren, Tina Breazeale Jacobs, C. Ronald Christmas, Jr., Kendra Christmas Hahm, Jamer Gary Preston Christmas, Dr. Ashley Britton Christmas, Devin Christmas McManus, M. Bradley Christmas, and Dr. Charles Lee Flake; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was a lifelong resident of Columbia, SC and will be remembered as one who had a life well lived. She always put God and family first in every aspect of her life.
A private graveside service for family will be held Friday, March 1, 2024 in Elmwood Cemetery.
