So difficult to use the past tense here; it’s still hard to comprehend the earthly loss of such a force of nature that I knew as Coconut, a friend for so many years. Truly the definition of unique, she brought a different perspective to my life as she did to so many others. She will forever be remembered as one of a kind. Now,  she “is Stardust, she is Golden” and making her way back to the Garden, lighting up the night.

I am very sad to hear of Coconut’s passing. I have many wonderful memories of Coconut and always enjoyed seeing her. My heartfelt condolences are sent to her family and friends. She will be terribly missed.

Coconut always added joy! She made me feel welcome anytime I was in her courtroom. She had a genuine warmth that was palpable. I’m lucky to have crossed paths with her. Prayers of peace and comfort to all who loved her.

Thanks Coconut for letting me and my entire family be a part of your life.  It's been the best.  Love to Tony and entire Pantsari clan.

Coconut was the court reporter during a trial in 1990 while I served on the jury.  She was fascinating to watch during the proceedings and I greatly admired her skills.   Everyone in the courtroom had a great respect for her. Know she will be missed by friends and family!

Beautiful inside and out. Your infectious smile could brighten anyone’s day. I am saddened by your passing and will miss our talks and enjoying a glass of wine together. You were loved by so many.

Coconut I cherish all the memories we made together. I really took for granted that we had so much more time to make many more. You are the person that shined in a crowd. Made people smile, laugh to the fullest and could give a commentary on how the Gamecocks were doing in any sport. Exercise and yoga will always be a memory I know we shared. You touched so many people with your craziness, kindness and beautiful smile.  Thanks for always being there when I needed you. Will miss you and the friendship we shared.

I'm so sorry to hear about Coconut's passing.  She was such a light everywhere she went.  And if you had a problem, she would gladly listen.  She and my sister, Patty, were also high school friends at Cardinal Newman.   God bless her and her family in this time of sorrow.

I am deeply saddened by Coconut’s passing. Bonnie, Laurie and I shared a yoga class together with Coconut and she was truly the highlight of our time there.  Our instructor,  Debra,  would often ask during class, “how are we doing” - and Coconut would always respond with a funny remark that made us all laugh. She brought such joy, warmth, and light to everyone around her.
  I have not been able to attend class since she passed away. No words can truly express the sorrow I feel or how much she will be missed.

What a heartache. Coconut impacted people wherever she went and was loved by so many of us because of all that she brought to our lives. Rest in Peace, Coconut. 💖

I met Coconut many years ago when she came to McCormick County as a Court Reporter.  She was the type that you felt as if you had known her forever.  So many good memories of working with her.  Prayers to her family, friends and her "work family" I will always remember that smile and "the look" she would give me to let me know that a particular lawyer needs to stop rattling his change in his pocket.  RIP sweet lady!

So sorry to learn of Coconut's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting Coconut when we worked on a court reporting committee together many years ago, along with Robbie and Jack Clarke. What would have been drudgery, rewriting rules and regs, Coconut kept us laughing with her sharp wit and infectious humor, which didn't hinder but greatly facilitated getting the job done.  It was a friendship I was privileged to enjoy for many decades thereafter and will miss greatly.  RIP, Coconut.

I am going to miss her so much.  Whenever I needed a pick-me-up mood I always got one from her. When our phone call would end, I always had a big smile on my face and my mood was made better because of who she is.

Whenever you went to any restaurant with her, it was always  an adventure. The laughter from our table would always bring people around. She was a very infectious person.

Never a dull moment when Coconut was around. She had such a way about her that drew you in and if she thought you were a "Good Egg"  you had a friend for life

I always enjoyed when Coconut's path crossed mine, whether in the courtroom, a restaurant, or Gamecock wbb game. She was a beacon of light and shined wherever she found herself. RIP, Lady.

I don’t recall what year Coconut became employed as a court reporter with the state, but it has been many years, as it has been for me.  Coco has always been very prominent in that court reporter circle.
Since the day I heard of Coconut’s  illness, I have caught myself during the days and nights having thoughts such as, is this just a bad dream?  It is so hard to imagine someone with as much life as Coconut had being gone so suddenly.  Thank God for all the good memories we have of her and the fact that she will live on in our minds because of who she was… Rest in peace, Coco …

There is not enough room to talk about Coconut. She was quite a diverse person & endlessly kept us laughing & entertaining us.  I loved her & will miss her as will everyone who knew her.  There will never be another Coconut.

To Coconut’s friends and family:  she was a light in this world. She was always such a joy in the courtroom. Von and I will surely miss seeing her at the South Carolina women’s basketball games.
