He was the son of the late Helen D. Caton and Ben Caton. He earned degrees in Business from West Georgia College and Middle Georgia College. He was employed by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in Atlanta, Georgia, and moved to South Carolina after retiring.
A service and burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday May 31, 2024, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, off of Kennerly Road, with the Rev. John D. Derrick presiding.
