Mark Lee Shealy

Mark Lee Shealy, 71, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 27th, 2022. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, January 31, 2022 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, 7600 Woodrow Street, Irmo, SC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Born in Columbia, SC on May 7th, 1950. He graduated from AC Flora High School and then served in the US Coast Guard from 1968-1972. He retired from AT&T with over 30 years of service.

He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved to read and travel. Being surrounded by his family and friends filled his heart with love and pride.

Surviving are his wife, Janice Shealy of Irmo, SC; children, Todd Shealy (Shelly) of Chapin, SC, Melanie DaMoude (James) of Prosperity, SC and Adam Ross of Little Mountain, SC; grandchildren Kelsey Shealy, Parker Shealy, Lane DaMoude, Chase DaMoude, Cole DaMoude and Colter DaMoude. Brothers, Wayne (Beverly) and Jeff (Nora) and a niece and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents Rufus L. Shealy and Pauline B. Shealy.
