Sandra H Morris

CHAPIN - Sandra Hill Morris of Chapin South Carolina lost her battle with ALS February 17, 2016. She was born in Richland County, July 13, 1947 and was the daughter of the late Dorothy H. Baker. Sandra leaves behind her husband of 51 years, Roy B. Morris; daughters, Gina M. McDaniel and Candice M. Donaldson. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Christopher Terry II, Breland Donaldson, Taylor McDaniel, and Celia Donaldson; two great grandchildren, Christopher Terry III, and Braxton Roy Terry; and sister, Barbara Jordan. Sandra retired as Vice President of Cimarron Trucking Inc. after 35 years. She enjoyed boating, gardening, cooking and spending time at the beach in Mt. Pleasant with her grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, Irmo, Friday, February 19, 2016 from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, with Pastor Randy Derrick officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Jim Lewis, Aaron Nettles, Robert McCurry, Ed Zobel, Phil Parker, George Karnazes and Christopher Terry II. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ALS Association, South Carolina Chapter, Parklane Centre, 7499 Parklane Road, Suite 144, Columbia, SC 29223.
