Of Jackson, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 age 73. She is survived by her husband, James; three sons, James B. (Jill), Guy R. and Kenneth; grandchildren, Cassilyn Clem, Taylor Kinney, and Guy Clem II; great grandchild, Landon Kingsbury; sister, Joyce (Carl) Swanger; brothers, Irwin Granroth and Charles (Joanne) Granroth; several nieces and nephews. Carol is preceded in death by her parents, Toini M. and Russell C. Granroth; brothers, Russell Jr. and Bert Granroth; sister, Paula Granroth. She has a brother, Rodney Granroth, recently declared missing. Carol was born and raised in Tapiola, Michigan. She was an Artist and was very creative with crafts; she enjoyed bingo and summer trips to Tapiola in the U.P. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
