Of Jackson, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 18, 2015, at the age of 89. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray E. Wells. She is survived by her three children, Linda (Jack) Armstrong, Donald (Patty), and Johnny (Debbie) Barrett, all of Florida; sister, Donna Cochrane; as well as several nieces, nephews, loving family members, and friends; special friend and loving care giver, Mary Ellen West. Dolores was born in Jackson on December 20, 1925 to Glee and Lucille (Julian) Pratt. She had many friends and touched the hearts of many. She had a strong faith and attended Brookside United Methodist Church (4000 Francis Street, Jackson 49203), where a service honoring her life will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Roseland Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to the Church or to Hospice.
