Jack LaVerne Lazarus of Bellevue, MI passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at the age of 84. He was born on June 14, 1937 to his parents Marlin Lazarus and Zona O’Dell. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, siblings and his eldest son Jack. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. After serving in the military Jack found his passion in farming. He leaves to cherish his memory his children Jacklyn Mathis, Melvin (Jennifer) Potter, Jacqueline (William) Banks, Stormy Lazarus, Rick Lazarus, Troy Lazarus and Juleen Smiley. A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends. He will missed by all who knew him. The family will receive family and friends for a memorial visitation at Burden & Patience-Montgomery Funeral Home (1806 E. Michigan Ave. Jackson, MI 49202) on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM followed by services at 3:00 PM
