Aged 77, beloved mother and grandmother passed away peacefully surrounded by the ones she laughed with, lived for and loved on April 2, 2016. She was one of four children born to Fern and Audrey Berry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Jones; son, Randy Mock; and brother, Thomas Berry. In addition to raising her four children, she worked at Mercy Hospital, Head Start, and Mechanical Products, with her passion being caring for children. Jessie touched the lives of many people with her smile and generosity; she maintained her trademark sense of humor all the way to the end. At her request there will be no services. She will be remembered by her two daughters, Lou Ann Horrison and Latora (L.C.) Cunningham; two sons, Timothy (Melody) Jones and Jamey (Paula) Jones; two brothers, Carol Berry and John Berry; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren that all had a very special place in her heart.
