Mary Virginia Adams, age 95, of Jackson, Michigan passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023. She was born August 1, 1927 in Kevil, KY to her parents, Joe M and Beulah (Curtsinger) Beasley. Mary is preceded in death by her beloved husband, J.W. Adams, Sr.; son, J.W. Adams, Jr.; daughter, Sandi Adams; brothers, James, Ed, Vernon, Tom, A.D. and J.C.; sister, Roberta Wiggins; and parents. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving children, Jean (Bill) Taylor, Carol (Terry) Goldsmith, Gary (Fran) Adams; daughter-in-law, Janet Adams; siblings, Bob (Elaine) Beasley and Elwanda Fuqua; grandchildren, Nianne (Shon) Prendel, Cindy (Dominick) Forgione, Eric Adams, Julie (Craig) Furlong, Lisa (Brian) Haynes, Terri Jo (Irv) Nichols, Jodie (Chris) McEldowney and Andy (Sheri) Adams; 13 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all who knew her. Mary will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Memorial Park. There will be no visitation at this time. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Mary's name to John George Home or Jackson Interfaith Shelter.
