Shannon spent her life in Jackson MI, where she was born on April 3, 1970 to loving parents John and Shirley Harbottle. Shannon was a precocious child full of adventure and energy and had an exceptional knack for exercising her parents last nerves. Shannon had an uncanny ability to find laughter and happiness in her daily activities. She had an infectious laugh that lit up her entire face and a twinkle in her eye that always held a hint of good-humored naughtiness. Her cheeky personality was contagious to everyone that had the honor of enjoying her presence. Full time mother and adoring grandmother. Shannon’s love of life didn’t come to an end with her death, her love and generosity of spirit will long live on in the family and friends blessed to have been loved by her. Shannon’s life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint she left on our hearts far exceeds the quantity of time that she stayed here.
