Andrew James Chlebo

Andrew James Chlebo, 19, of Jacksonville, Florida died Sunday, August 3, 2014 in an automobile accident. He was born October 14, 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida. His passion for cars, mechanics and love for his son were indescribable!

Andrew is survived by his parents, John and Norma Chlebo, his only sister, Amanda and his amazing 2 year old son, Riley Chlebo.

He also leaves behind his 2 nephews, Tanner (9) and Pierson (2), his aunts and uncles, Randy and Nancy Thompson and Larry and Marie Harper, grandmother, Jean Burke as well as many other cousins and very close friends!

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Hardage-Giddens Beaches Chapel. Andrew's viewing is Friday, August 8th from 6pm-8pm and funeral service on Saturday, August 9th at 11am at Hardage-Giddens Beaches Chapel., 1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250.(904)249-2374

Following the funeral there will a reception at our families residence of 1856 Sunchase Court Jacksonville, Florida 32246.
