Bruce was a great father in law. He was a quiet man, but his character spoke loudly. He was a humble man, but his pride in his family and in his profession overflowed. He was a great son, husband, father, Pop, and friend. I never heard him complain and never saw him lose his temper.  I'll always remember the road trips, the football games and the holdiays that always felt like home, no matter where we happened to be. God bless.

Pop has and always will have a special place in my heart. He was such a great grandfather to me. I learned so much from him and he never failed to make me laugh. I love you Pop! Rest easy.

My Dad was such a sweet, selfless and strong man -- I am heartbroken to think that he is not with us anymore.  He was such a devoted husband, caring father, and awesome Pop. I can't thank him enough for always encouraging me and believing in me. Countless times he was my life's sounding board and always seemed to make me laugh when I needed it the most. I will always treasure his sacrifices and all the little things he did to help make me the person I am today. He will always be my hero and I will miss him forever.

We met in the late 60's, we couldn't afford a lot but we managed to party , raise our children, travel, fish, play cards and most of all enjoy each other's company. It's friends that you remember and know they are there for you in need that carries us through life. Bruce was a good friend and he will be missed but not forgotten. Bruce has been a great friend since the early 1970's. We moved back to Atlanta but stayed in touch and close. Visits, trips, football games, fishing, dinner and just being "buddies". We will always remember your soft spoken personality and willingness to give back. Your ability to listen to others around you and provide guidance and support when asked. The ideal things an Uncle would do, you did so well. We will miss you.

Bruce was truly a loving and caring person, never a mean word or a negative position. He put family first, friends second and then himself. He never sought recognition for his accomplishments, he just strived to be the best he could be in his endeavors. He was a great Dad and set an example that not many could match.
The memories are many and the Brande family will enjoy every one of them. We loved Bruce and will miss him dearly.

I only knew him a short time, but he was kind, thoughtful, wise, and talented.  Lynda, my thoughts are with you.  He will be missed.

Sisters made us brothers Bruce and oh how lucky I am! I will so miss our many times together, our long talks about everything including our wives. I know that you are again with our father-in-law Charlie so be sure and tell him he was right...."aren't you glad you married a Raymond!" I miss you my friend and will see you again.

Words can not express the deep void in our lives since Wednesday. Bruce was more than a brother-in-law to me...certainly the Brother I always wished I had! I see that smile.....I hear your laugh...I know you will be with me forever. Thank you Bruce for always being there for us.....for everyone...and I know we will see you again one day. Rest in peace sweet Brucie.

Bruce was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather and will be missed by all who knew him. He had such a dry wit and was one of the funniest people I have had the privilege of knowing. I always enjoyed being around him. We are all sadder today without that smile.

I've got a lot of wonderful memories of times shared with Bruce...too many to try to share in this space. I have always considered him a true friend and never had to work at being his friend.
This world lost a truly fine man but I know god welcomed him home with open arms and a smile. He will be sorely missed by many who loved him dearly.

Bea and I are so sorry for your loss, Lynda.  It is clear that you and Bruce made an amazing team that accomplished many wonderful things, not the least of which was creating and guiding a vibrantly loving family.

Our acquaintance with Bruce was far too short, and we will miss him. Our prayers and thoughts are with his Family.

My heart breaks for your family's loss. There are no words to say other than I love you and I am sending prayers for your peace and comfort born from remembering the love, kindness and everything else that made him the man, husband, father and friend he was. I benefitted much from his kindness as a young adult and will always remember him very fondly.
