

She was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Gregoria Postrero, sisters Bernardita, Lydia, Corazon, Teresita and brothers Gaspar and Renato. Crisanta is survived by her husband Wayne of 31 years.
Crisanta and Wayne shared a wonderful life during Wayne’s twenty year military career. She enjoyed the camaraderie of Naval Officers’ Wives clubs, the challenges of multiple moves and of course the travel to new duty stations. She loved traveling to SE Asia while stationed in Saudi Arabia. Santa had a warm, dynamic and charismatic personality that has left many with wonderful memories of her compassion. After Wayne’s retirement from the US Navy, Wayne and Cristy made Jacksonville their home for eighteen years. They shared the joys of Philippine cooking and gardening. She was very proud of the Philippines and often hosted kababayan gatherings. They also made numerous trips to their home in the Philippines.
The family will receive guests for a visitation from 0900 to 1000 on Saturday May 21 at the Naval Station Mayport Base chapel. Mass with a Celebration of Life will start at 1000.
Wayne and family with receive friends and well wishers at their home on May 21 from 4p.m-6p.m.
Interment will be at the Jacksonville National Cemetery on May 23.
