Joseph P. Harley, 56, of Jacksonville Florida, passed away on March 30, 2018

Joe was born at Ft. Huachuca, AZ on December 25, 1961. He was married to Leslie Harley on October 16, 2004. He worked as a plumber for over 35 years. Joe was a member of American Legion Post 316. (SAL)

He had a passion for fishing and mostly helping others.

Joe is survived by his wife Leslie, his mother Gisela Harley, sisters MaryJo Wagner (Charles), Gloria Harris (Ted) and Grace Ellis (Tony) and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Joe's life will be held at 2:00 pm, April 21, 2018 at the American Legion Post 316, 1127 Atlantic Blvd, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233
