To our wonderful friends and church family – thank you for everything -  especially for loving our mother!  Mom always let folks know that Community Presbyterian was her home church, but since she couldn't drive anymore she needed to attend church “with Jane.”  She said she never felt like a stranger at Ocean Park Baptist, but always felt such love from all the members, “even the kids.”  We'd remind her that it was ok to have two home churches.  
 
There is no way we could name everyone or name everything done for Miss Lillian and our family, but please know that we are totally blessed to have all of you in our  lives and the family of Lillian Chepon thanks you with all their hearts.

Dear Chepon Family, Losing our parents is sooo difficult: it signifies a definite turning point in our own lives. I still reach for the phone to call mine for advice or the name of a relative I can't recall offhand! But we Christians have such a gift in knowing where our loved ones are-- safe in His loving arms. i like to remember the times when i sat with Ms.  Lillian. we sat on her vfront porch and she would tell me about living in illinois and how cold it got there.and about her husband.

It was our pleasure to have known Ms Lillian for over 20 years.  She was a great lady who never lost her sense of humor!  She will be missed!
