

Long time Beaches resident, Lillian Victoria Chepon, age 93, passed away July 8, 2012. Lillian was born April 24, 1919 in Chicago, Illinois and resided in Naperville, Illinois until her move to Jacksonville Beach in 1954. Lillian was preceded in death by her mother Rose Mildred Mottle Quarles, her step-father, Aaron Cleveland Quarles and her loving husband of 54 years, Frank Chepon. Lillian was a dedicated wife, mother & grandmother who loved her friends, family & her Lord Jesus. She was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church since 1954.
She is survived by her children: Rose Mary Chepon, John Chepon, June (Bill) Williams & Jane Hatfield. Grandchildren: Daniel (Carol) Bourdon, Russell Bourdon, Janna Hebner, Roger (Michelle) Hatfield, Billy Williams, Jimmy Williams & Amy (Doug) Wiggins. Great-grandchildren: Erika Rae (Corey) Lessner, Katelyn Hebner, Billy & Brandon Williams, Jared Bourdon, Joey Bourdon, Claudia & Douglas Jr. Wiggins, Ryan & Noah Hatfield, & Caleb Williams. Great-great grandson: Wyatt Carney.
Lillian's family extends their heartfelt thanks to their many friends, the staff at Senior Home HealthCare & Hospice, and their church family (including her beloved, Andy) for their caring and support during her last few years. You all brought her much joy & happiness and she loved you.
Services will be held Saturday, July 14th (11:00 a.m.) at Ocean Park Baptist Church, 400 16th Avenue South, Jacksonville Beach, with Pastor Gabe Goodman of Community Presbyterian Church & Pastor Emeritus W. Eddie Towers of Ocean Park Baptist Church.
