Rosie Nicole O'Brien

She is the beloved older sister to Tatiana Balassaitis and the former foster daughter to Brad & Renee Balassaitis, her current caregivers, and former foster daughter to Greg & Debbie Driskell.

Rosie will also be greatly missed by her devoted friend, Kelvin McCray; her foster siblings, Austin Balassaitis, Jared Balassaitis, Samantha Balassaitis, Halle Balassaitis; and her entire Team of professionals over the years: social workers, healthcare providers, legal guardian, and many former foster parents and caregivers.

Rosie is survived by her mother, Helena Scalese, and her siblings, Vinnie, Christina, Leah, Peaches, Sophia, Vido, Tatiana Balassaitis, Gigi, and Bella. She is predeceased by her father, Bobby Scalese.

The Balassaitis Family will host her Heavenly Homecoming Memorial Service at Rosie’s home church of The Church of Eleven22 - Fleming Island Campus, 4459 US HWY 17, Fleming Island, Florida 32003.

Her Visitation will be held at 10:00am and Memorial Service at 11:00am.

Pastor David McGimley & Pastor Todd Hickox will officiate.
