Siggie was predeceased by her husband, Charles Jolicoeur, her father and mother above, her brother Richard Johnsen of Ormond Beach, FL and her daughter in-law Cindy Millar of Starke, FL. Siggie is survived by her sons Albert Millar (Barbara) of Titusville, FL, Richard Millar of Starke, FL, Troy Millar (Karen) of Tampa, FL, daughter Vicki Duncan (Daniel) of Jacksonville, FL, nine beloved grandchildren, 2 beloved great grandchildren, brother George Johnsen (Elaine) of Humble, TX and sister in-law Jackie Johnsen of Ormond Beach, FL.

Her family and friends remember her unconditional love, beauty, incredible fashion and her competitive spirit in card games, especially bridge and boo-ray. She was blessed with an abundance of long-time friends whom she loved and cherished dearly.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Beaches Chapel by Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. Afterwards the family would like everyone to join them in a Celebration of Siggie’s life at her home, 3932 Petite Drive W., Jacksonville, FL 32250. The family would like to thank Ray & Faye Walker, Kimberly Toth and Tammy Rooks for their loving care and support.
