

Barbara Lynn Blair, 79, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed peacefully at home on November 21, 2025. She was born on October 1, 1946, in Little Rock, Arkansas, and lived a life defined by devotion, strength, and unwavering love for her family.
Barbara’s greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted wife to her beloved husband of 61 years, John Blair, and a proud mother to her son, Robert Blair, and daughter, Melissa Blair Miller. She cherished her role as “Mema” to her grandchildren, Harrison Blair and Katelyn Miller, and took great pride in their lives and accomplishments. Her love language was truly acts of service, expressed through the countless ways she supported and cared for those around her.
Barbara was an active and faithful member of her church for many years and a caring presence in her community, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer prayer and encouragement. She had a strong spirit and genuine heart. Her legacy lives on through the family she cared for so deeply.
She is survived by her husband John Blair; son Robert Blair; daughter Melissa Blair Miller; grandson Harrison Blair; and granddaughter Katelyn Miller.
A Celebration of Life Service will be led by Johnny Brown at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Rd. N., Jacksonville, Florida, on December 5, 2025 at 2 pm.
