Beverly A. Geiger, 74, passed away June 17, 2013 in Orange Park, FL. She was born September 10, 1938 in Durham, NC. Beverly was a waitress for many years, had her own produce stand at the Farmer’s Market on Beaver Street, ran a scrap business for recycling and also had a booth in the flea market in Waldo. She was an amazing woman who will be missed by all who knew her. Beverly is survived by her children, her four sons Robin (Shirlene) Geiger, Darryl (Kathleen) Geiger, Patrick (Ella) Geiger, Dana Geiger, her two daughters Paula Gold, Eliza (Lenora) Newsone, two brothers Arnold (Nedra) Phillips, Donald (Pat) Phillips, 12 grandchildren Christy, Sherry, Gary, Joshua, Faye, April, James, Amanda, Britney, Christopher, Matthew, Nicholas as well as 11 great-grandchildren. Arrangements under the care of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. A visitation service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, June 22, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the chapel with interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
