Billy J. Lowry, 73, passed away Friday, October 20, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born November 22, 1943 to Leslie and Annie Lowry in Flora, IL. He enjoyed fishing, camping and hunting. Billy was a true outdoorsman. He really enjoyed watching Nascar and his favorite drivers were Bill Elliott and Kasey Kahne. Billy is survived by his wife of 29 years Sandy, children Rhonda Lowry, Nelda Tucker, Billy Joe Lowry Jr., Tina Boylston, Kari Rodriguez, Amber Lowry, brother John Lowry, sister Peggy Gibson, numerous grandchildren as well as great-grandchildren. Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home is serving the family.
