A longtime resident of Jacksonville, he retired from
Maxwell House.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; sons, David
Osborne (Lisa) and Daniel Osborne (Kimberly);
brothers, Raymond, William F., and Connie Osborne;
sister, Norma Mullins; and four grandchildren, Kelly,
Jessica, Madalyn, and Gabrielle.
