Carrie Lou Lane, 81, of Jacksonville passed away Saturday, December 24, 2016 with her daughter at her side. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana she was the daughter of the late James and Mildred Foster Sears. Carrie worked for Rich Benoit with Raymond James as an accountant until she retired.
She is survived by her daughter, Shelley Conklin and her husband Duane of Jacksonville; a very special “second daughter”, Debbie Cole and her husband Maurice; brother, Ralph Earl Sears and his Wife Charlotte of Fortville, IN; sister-in-law, Joretta Sears and several nieces and nephews
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Hardage-Giddens, Chapel Hills Funeral Home at 11:00am with burial to follow in Chapel Hills Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
