Charles R. Palmer, 74, (May 30, 1950-April 26, 2025). He was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He loved Cabinetwork, carpentry, bowling, and playing men's softball league. Charles is survived by his children Alina Pelphrey-White(Robert), Michael Palmer (Gina),and Tammy Mercado (Roland). His sisters Edna Crosby and Francis Wilson. He has several grandkids, nieces and nephews. and many other loving family and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Nina K. Palmer, his father Deloy Palmer Sr., his brother Deloy Palmer Jr., niece Kathy Crosby, Brother-in-laws Eddie Crosby and Colonel Wilson, and soulmate Lucille N. Palmer, and son Dean Edward Welch and Melisa Homan. A Celebration will be announced with location, day and time at a later date.
