Charles is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Dorothy W. Rice, and survives his daughter, Angela D. Bahr.
A graveside service will be held on June 9, 2016 at 2pm with Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205.
