He was born September 4, 1949 in Moultrie, Ga. to Cecil Eugene Walker and Lucille Moore Walker. He loved working at the wire mill in Glen St Mary, Fl. and fishing every chance he got.
He was preceded in death by his father Cecil Eugene Walker and his mother Evelyn Lucille Jackson, and her husband Joseph M. Jackson, 2 sisters and a brother and a nephew. Surviving family includes his sister Cindy Ann Walker Salmons and her husband Christopher. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and 1 aunt. .I would like to thank the nursing home for taking such good care of him prior to him passing.
A visitation will be held on February 21, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, located at 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A graveside service will follow on the same day from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm at Riverside Memorial Park.
