David grew up in Thomasville, GA and graduated from Thomasville High School. He enrolled in the United States Air Force where he served as an air traffic controller. After serving for 4 years he was honorably discharged and began a career with the Federal Aviation Administration as an air traffic controller in Hilliard, FL.
David is survived by his sons John David Stillwell (Nicole), Thomas Murphy Stillwell (Meriah); and grandchildren Emily Nicole Stillwell, Thomas Murphy Stillwell Jr and Matthew Corbett Stillwell.
David will be interred at Jacksonville National Cemetery on Thursday, May 19th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
