Delbert Eugene Carter, age 68, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021. Delbert was born October 23, 1952 in Panama City, FL. Mike graduated from Marretta, GA. Mike worked as a sheet metal aircraft mechanic for Frase and US Navy. He was a member of Navy Jax Yacht Club, VFW, and American Legion, and had a passion for boating, and camping. He was always the life of the party.
He is survived by her children Michelle (Carter) Lapierre, Bernedette Carter, Michael Carter, Chad Carter; grandchildren Taylor & veronica Lapierre, Mathew Danaldson, Logan Carter and Crayson Carter; Brothers and sisters Donna Collier, David & Jeanne Bailey.
