Born November 5, 1964 in Jacksonville, FL to parents Raymond Douglas and Judy Carol (Lovett) Eddins, she grew up in Jacksonville and graduated from Edward White High School with the class of 1982. She briefly attended college at Hofstra University in New York before returning to Jacksonville. Donna loved her animals, nephews, nieces, friends, and family and enjoyed spending time with them. She enjoyed cooking, watching movies, and playing old video games especially with her nephews and nieces.
Donna was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Douglas Eddins; and her premature twin boys, Douglas and Paul Eddins.
She is survived by her mother, Judy Eddins of Jacksonville; sisters, Deborah Rutherford and Kimberly Brown of Jacksonville; and brother, Raymond Douglas "Doug" Eddins of Jacksonville; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
