Dorothy Thomas, 90 years old, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on 8/7/2016. Dorothy was born in Jacksonville, FL on 4/15/26. Dorothy worked as a Seamstress for Sellers Bag Company for 35 years. She enjoyed cooking for her family.
Dorothy is survived by Shirley Rynearson (Art Swiers), many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by Barbara Broxton and Peggy Watts.
The funeral service will be held on 8/10/16 at 10:00am at Town and Country Funeral Home. Reverend James Steele of Huntsville Baptist Church we'll be officiating. Visitation will be held on 8/10/16 from 9:00-10:00am at Hardage-Giddens, Town and Country Funeral Home; service will follow at 10:00am. Burial will follow the funeral at Sellers Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Town and Country Funeral Home.
