Eddie “Gary” Tyson, age 63, went to be with The Lord Saturday, August 30, 2014 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born May 28, 1951 in Jacksonville, FL to Willie and Lillie Mae (Harrell) Tyson. Gary attended Hart Haven Baptist Church. He was known for his love of The Lord, family, music, motorcycles, and cars. He was preceded in death by his father. Bobby will be missed dearly by his loving daughter Mindy McLendon (Travis); mother Lillie Mae Andreu; sister Hilda Cason; four grandchildren Morgan, Payton, Mia, and Abigail; niece Kathy Johnson ( David); nephew Billy Powell ( Karin); and numerous cousins, family and friends. Family will receive friends and family 10:00 – 11:00 am Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Hardage- Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, www.townandcountryfuneralhome.com. The Funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00 am Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at funeral home. Interment will follow the services at Riverside Memorial Park.
