Elsie C. Hall, 80, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2011. She was born in Forest City, North Carolina and was of the Christian faith. Ms. Elsie retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield. She was a member of the Cecil Pines Community and the 11th Airborne Division Association Mid-Atlantic Chapter.
Ms. Elsie was predeceased by her parents Hazel and General Albert Cooper, husband E.T. Hall, brother William Robert Cooper, sisters Mary Elizabeth Thomas and Grace C. Hughes.
She is survived by daughters Ruth Johnson; Tina Strickland; Sonia and Regina Bradham; sisters Elinore Cox; Evelyn Craig; sister-in-law Agnes F. Cooper; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Monday, August 15, 2011 at Town and Country Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Burial will follow to Riverside Memorial Park in Jacksonville, Florida.
