Emanuel "Manny" Quinones, age 47, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023. Manny was born on March 4, 1976 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to Jose Quinones and Elsie Casanova. He and his family were members of Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal Church of Jacksonville, Florida. He enjoyed music, playing his piano, going to church, and travel in the family car. Manny was a loving son and brother, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Manny is preceded in death by his grandparents Francisca Reyes, Manuel Quinones, Aida Maldonado, and Felipe Casanova; and his brother Eliu Javier Quinones. He is survived by his parents, Jose M. Quinones and Elsie Casanova; and siblings Dr. Jose M. Quinones, Francis T. Quinones, Anthony Quinones, Adriana Quinones, and Javier Quinones.
A visitation for Emanuel will be held Monday, November 27, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park, where Manny will be laid to rest next to his brother, Eliu.
