Emma “Louise” Cassidy 76, of Jacksonville passed away Monday, June 13, 2016. Born in Preston, MS she came to Jacksonville 15 years ago from Rochester, NY. Louise loved her family, a devoted mother and grandmother, she was fondly known as the family’s caregiver.
Surviving is her husband, William M. Cassidy; sons, James Painting, John (Debra) Painting, David Painting and Michael (Phyllis) Painting; one brother, two sisters, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 1:00PM at Hardage – Giddens, Chapel Hills Funeral Home. The visitation will be Thursday also from 11:00AM until the service time. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 2:30PM at the Maplewood Cemetery in Henrietta, NY.
