Ervin L. Miller, 76, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Born on November 16, 1935 in Jacksonville, FL., to Erby Miller and Evelyn Cozene Miller. Ervin attended the 103rd st. Church of God of Jacksonville, FL. His passion for music excelled into collecting and playing his numerous guitars along with his Banjo. He enjoyed playing for his family and the church congregation. Ervin is preceded in death by his son, Brian K. Miller and is survived by his wife of 58 years, Betty J. Miller; his son, Ronald Miller (Mikie); his daughter, Pamela Ferrell (Rick); 2 sisters, Barbara Ann Miller (Bo), and Norma Frazee (Barry); 4 grandchildren, Brian, Katrina, Matthew, and Candace; 3 great-grandchildren, Molly, Brantley, and Andrew; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. The family visitation to greet friends will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012 from 1:30pm until 2:00pm, at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. Funeral Service will follow family visitation at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL.
