Hazel Inez Miller, age 75, passed away Wednesday December 11, 2013 in Jacksonville, FL. Hazel was born November 14, 1938 in Jay, Florida to Joseph Joe and Annie Mae Moore. She lived in the panhandle area until 1970 where she left her mother and entire family behind to raise her three daughters and one son as a single mom. Hazel became disabled in her 40’s and turned to her daughters for assistance mainly her daughter Pamela who was also a single mother as well. Hazel was very devoted to her children and would sacrifice any and all for them and others. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son James Earl Moore. Hazel will be missed dearly by her loving daughters Barbara Wells, Linda Vann (Morris), and Pamela Cunningham (James); eight grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren. A Graveside service will be held 2:00 pm, Sunday December 15, 2013 at Old Bethel Cemetery, 5783 Old Bethel Rd., Crestview, FL 32539.
