I  so sorry to hear about the loss of your precious child -Jackie. You are in my heart and prayers.

Jack Farhat will never be forgotten. Know matter what he did I was always laughing. I'll never forget him always carrying a 2 litter bottle of coke to class everyday and how his dream was to be a pro fighter. I would have to say he accomplished his dream because he fought long and hard and he is in a much better place.  He will be missed but never forgotten.

Jackie and Susan and all the Farhat Family, I am so sorry to hear the loss of Jack. He was a fighter and May he Rest in Peace! No words can ever say how sorry I am to hear this sad news. May God Bless all of you!

We are saddened of this news, but our hope and trust in our Lord Jesus Christ who Himself died on the cross,buried and rose on the third day. In essence He drew for His believers the way to salvation  hence death should not make  us lose our hope in our place with God.  
With the Saints give rest O Lord to the soul of Thy servant Jack Jr. Where there is no sickness nor sorrow nor sigh but life everlasting.

I rememeber school with Jack, not a day went by that he didnt do something to make me luagh. He was a great friend. You will be missed Jack, Rest In Peace bud.

I am so sad to hear about Jackie.  I remember when he was born in July 1991.  I had just come to work in Labor and Delivery with Susan.  I can't imagine your pain.  Susan, you are such a wonderful mother and love your boys so much.  I will continue to lift you up in prayer.
