Jeffery Ashley

Jeffery W. Ashley, 51, passed on November 8, 2015 in Jacksonville, FL surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Rock Hill, SC on March 1, 1964. Jeff was kind, loving, generous, considerate, fun-loving and friendly. He loved his mother, his children and his family and was a devoted son, brother and father. He loved to be the center of attention and enjoyed being spontaneous. He was an avid jewelry maker, loved to play video games and collected hobby cars. He really enjoyed learning and watched The Discovery Channel, The History Channel and was had a vast knowledge of the Civil War, might call him a Civil War Buff.

Jeff is preceded by his step-father; Joseph Deal and survived by his beloved mother; Mildred Lucille Robinson Deal. He is survived by his brother Barry Powers; two sisters; Teresa Van Pelt and Barbara Harris. He is survived by his sons; Jeffery Keith Ashley and Darrell Kendale Ashley. Jeff has one granddaughter; Jade Nicole Ashley and will be missed my many close friends and family. The family will receive friends and loved ones for a visitation on Wednesday, November 11 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home, Acosta Room. The a graveside service will be at 11:00 am at Riverside Memorial Park, followed by a luncheon at 12:00 in the Life Celebration Center at Town and Country Funeral Home.
