Jeff was born on June 11, 1962, in Massachusetts to the late James Chester Webb and Genevieve (Hayes) Webb. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Jeff served as a propulsion engineer. He was a man of faith and a devoted Catholic.
Jeff lived life to the fullest and found joy in the simple things. He loved spending time with his family, camping, fishing, swimming, and working in his yard. He especially enjoyed grilling and sharing meals with his loved ones. Jeff also had a special bond with his dogs and treasured the time he spent with them. A loyal New England sports fan, he rarely missed a Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins, or Celtics game.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Gennevieve Webb; sister, Margaret “Peggy” Hugh; brother, James “Jimmy” Webb; and daughter, Nicole Webb.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Rachel Lavonne Webb; children, Jessica Awad, Justin Webb, Christina Bernal, Jessica Santana, and Sean Pilgrim; brothers, Brian Webb and Shawn Webb; 15 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren, all of whom loved him deeply and thought the world of him. He also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
Jeff will be remembered for his love of family, his humor, his generosity, and the countless memories he created with those around him.
